So, first of all, we see that in the minds of the authors of the document, information replaces God. Hence the goal of human life is not to acquire the Holy Spirit of God, not to save the soul for eternal life, but to create a kind of "information-cosmic civilization."

Further in the text of the convention we read: "In the information society, there is no division of people into workers, peasants, intellectuals, employees, and so on; There are no divisions on racial and national grounds: all people are free informational personalities... A person finds true freedom only in the information and cellular society (ISO)... In the IDF there is no legislative power, no executive power, no judicial power... There is only one power in the Universe and on the planet – the power of information..." 76

Here it is unequivocally spoken of the creation of a kind of gray, a race without a clan and tribe. The concept of nationality is abolished, and the "only power" in society will be based on the latest technologies of psychotronic processing of people's minds. In this way, a person will receive "true" freedom not in Christ, but in a demonic network society. Let's return to the text of the convention: "In ISO, first borders, and then states as such, will disappear. Over time, everyone will call the planet Earth their single homeland... In ISO, the unit of structure is taken as a territorial self-governing division — information and cellular. A honeycomb is a territory with a population of several tens to 20 thousand people... Optimal cells with a population of 10 to 20 thousand people..." 77

Here we see the image of a new Babylon, built according to the Gulag concentration camp system. Lifetime (and posthumous) camp numbers are proposed to be accepted voluntarily and forcibly right now. And again the text of this amazing document: "People in honeycombs and honeycombs interact with each other on the basis of radio telecommunications, timely and reliable information... Information networks for each member of society will be a source of information resources, self-discipline, self-organization, self-management, a source of high moral morality and order in each cell... In ISO, information becomes, like air for birds and water for fish, the world's information basin for every member of society..." 78

So, they won't let you run far from the honeycomb. Every "free" person should sit in his cell and chew informational and narcotic gum, accepting the images that the system imposes on him. People will "swim" in the "pool" of virtual reality, forgetting about reality, forgetting about God. Further in the text: "The UN and its troops (understand - NATO. — Author.) the first three to five years will play a role..." 79

It is said very softly and streamlined. Nevertheless, it is clear that three to five years are allotted to subordinate independent states to the "new world order", to destroy all undesirables, and to drive the rest into "honeycombs".

What will happen next can be seen from the following: "In ISO, there is a free movement of information, labor resources, products. There will be no money. Information and reference banks will replace money banks. Payments will be made on the basis of information and credit cards... In the information society, local protection of public order functions. In fact, it will control possible social deviations, because the expression "protect" will eventually lose its meaning due to the developed and functioning security of all cellular formations and each individual in the whole society... Information security includes elements of microbiological electronics, infrared, laser and superbiochemical micro-means that provide almost one hundred percent reliability and security of the individual and society."80

Последнее означает переход к применению в обязательном порядке вживляемых «меток» и «чипов», превращающих свободную личность в гибрид «электронного интеллекта и души», объект манипуляций или зомбированный придаток автоматически действующей системы...

Все процитированное выше — это не бред и не фантастика. Это адские планы «творцов» «нового мирового порядка», которые на наших глазах поэтапно претворяются в жизнь. Псевдонаучный документ «Информациологическая конвенция...» изучается в высших учебных заведениях многих стран мира. Под стать этому документу «Окинавская хартия глобального информационного общества», подписанная руководителями «большой восьмерки» в июле 2000 года. В ряде средств массовой дезинформации уже идет кампания в поддержку создания общества счастливых рабов». Вот что пишет журнал «Огонек», предварительно расхвалив те «удобства и блага», которые несет «всемирная чипизация»: «Итак, мы оказались в мире, где каждый человек является собственным идентификатором, вся его подноготная хранится в федеральных сетях. Мы оказались в мире, где каждый предмет, даже пивная пробка, имеет микрочип или микрокомпьютер. Мы оказались в мире, где все события оставляют информационные следы и ничего невозможно скрыть. Мы оказались в мире, где есть возможность восстановить все события, случившиеся в определенный день в определенном месте, узнать, кто где был и чем занимался. Как вам нравится такой мир? Многие американцы отнеслись бы к этому миру спокойно: «Если я не собираюсь предпринимать ничего противоправного, мне нечего бояться». Но наши люди, отягченные непростой исторической памятью, сразу же вспомнят Оруэлла, Замятина, Хаксли, Кафку... Русские боятся полностью прозрачного общества: «А вдруг не только с санкции судьи или прокурора кто-то решит узнать, где я был и что делал?! Пускай я даже ничего не делал противоправного, но кто помешает моей жене узнать, например, про мою любовницу?»

Да, действительно, полностью прозрачный мир потребует коренной перестройки всех общественных отношений. С одной стороны, исчезнут корыстные преступления и изнасилования. Останутся, быть может, лишь спонтанные убийства да преступления, совершенные в состоянии опьянения... Запирать двери не будет необходимости. Наконец, в полной мере восторжествует то, о чем мечтали поколения юристов — принцип неотвратимости наказания. С другой стороны, такой мир потребует совершенно иной морали. К примеру, перестанет существовать моральный запрет на супружескую измену. Поскольку абсолютная супружеская верность невозможна (?!)... и скрыть измену, то есть соблюсти видимость приличия, также невозможно, шелуха видимых приличий просто осыплется за ненадобностью. И вместо видимости искусственных приличий воцарится приличие по формуле «что естественно, то не постыдно».

Как ни парадоксально, но это оруэловское общество будет обществом тотальной свободы. Ибо, когда у человека не остается никаких секретов в личной жизни, когда каждый его поступок выдает предательская электроника, когда нечего скрыть от близких и государства... вот тогда только и можно облегченно рассмеяться, простить все себе и окружающим и стать полностью свободным. Как бы плохо ты ни поступил, все равно этого не скроешь, так что поступай, как хочешь! Анализ показывает, что абсолютно прозрачное сообщество, состоящее из несовершенных людей с их животными желаниями, возможно только в условиях невероятной терпимости и тотального гуманизма, если не сказать тотального всепрощения. Остается лишь минимум уголовных запретов, сдерживающих общество от хаоса, а в остальном — максимум моральной свободы, при которой человек делает все, что ему вздумается, без оглядки на чужие предрассудки...

Разумеется, вероятная поголовная «чипизация» породит свой класс отверженных — людей, которые по идеологическим или религиозным соображениям будут уклоняться от подобной процедуры. Однако... прослойка эта будет немногочисленной, как любая прослойка экзотических отщепенцев...» 81
