And when Jacob saw Rachel the daughter of Laban his mother's brother, and the sheep of Laban his mother's brother, Jacob came near, and rolled away a stone from the mouth of the well, and watered the sheep of Laban his mother's brother.

And Jacob kissed Rachel, and lifted up his voice, and wept.

And Jacob said to Rachel, that he was her father's kinsman, and that he was the son of Rebecca. And she ran and told her father.

And when Laban heard of Jacob his sister's son, he ran out to meet him, and embraced him, and kissed him, and brought him into his house; and he told Laban all these things.

And Laban said unto him, Thou art indeed my bone and my flesh. And Jacob dwelt with him for a whole month.

And Laban said to Jacob, 'Wilt thou serve me for nothing, because thou art a kinsman?' Tell me, what shall I pay you?

And Laban had two daughters; the name of the eldest: Lia; the name of the youngest: Rachel.

Leah was weak in her eyes, but Rachel was beautiful in stature and beautiful in countenance.

And Jacob fell in love with Rachel, and said, 'I will serve thee seven years for Rachel thy youngest daughter.'

Laban said to him, 'It is better to give it to me in marriage to you than to give it to someone else; Live with me.

And Jacob served for Rachel seven years; And they appeared to him in a few days, because he loved her.

And Jacob said to Laban, 'Give me my wife, for the time has come for me to come in to her.'

Laban called together all the people of the place and made a feast.

And in the evening he took his daughter Leah, and brought her to him; and he went in to her.
