11 The sons of Levi: Gershon, Kohath, and Merari.

12 And the sons of Judah, Er, and Onan, and Shelah, and Perez, and Zerah; but Er and Onan died in the land of Canaan. The sons of Perez were Hezrom and Hamul.

13 The sons of Issachar: Thola and Pubah, Job and Shimron.

14 And the sons of Zebulun were Sered, and Elon, and Jahleel.

15 These are the sons of Leah, whom she bore to Jacob in Mesopotamia, and Dinah his daughter. All the souls of his sons and his daughters are thirty-three.

16 The sons of Gad: Ziphion and Haggi, Shuni and Ezbon, Eri and Arodi, and Areli.

17 And the sons of Asher: Imnah, and Ishba, and Ishvi, and Briah, and Serach their sister. The sons of Beria: Heber and Malchiel.

18 These are the sons of Zilpah, whom Laban gave to Leah his daughter; she bore them to Jacob sixteen souls.

19 The sons of Rachel, Jacob's wife, Joseph and Benjamin.

20 And there were born to Joseph in the land of Egypt Manasseh and Ephraim, whom Asenatha the daughter of Potipher, the priest of Heliopolis, bore him.

21 The sons of Benjamin: Bela, and Becher, and Ashbel; [the sons of Bela were:] Gera and Naaman, Ehi and Rosh, Muppim and Huppim and Ard.

24 And the sons of Naphtali were Jachzeel, and Guni, and Jezer, and Shillem.

25 These are the sons of Bilhah, whom Laban gave to his daughter Rachel; and she bore them to Jacob, seven souls in all.

26 And all the souls that came with Jacob into Egypt, which came out of his loins, besides the wives of the sons of Jacob, are sixty-six souls in all.

27 The sons of Joseph who were born to him in Egypt are two souls. All the souls of the house of Jacob that went over [with Jacob] to Egypt are seventy [five].

28 And he sent Judas before him to Joseph, that he might show the way to Goshen. And they came into the land of Goshen.

29 And Joseph harnessed his chariot, and rode out to meet Israel his father to Goshen, and when he saw him, he fell on his neck, and wept long on his neck.

30 And Israel said to Joseph, 'I will die now when I see your face, for you are still alive.'

31 And Joseph said to his brethren and to his father's house, 'I will go and tell Pharaoh, and I will say to him, 'My brethren and my father's house, which were in the land of Canaan, have come to me;
