(1 Tim. 5:22): "Do not lay your hands on anyone hastily, and do not become a partaker of the sins of others."

(19-20): "Accept the accusation against a presbyter only in the presence of two or three witnesses. Rebuke those who sin before all, so that others also may have fear."

Chapter 3. The chosen one should not arbitrarily begin to preach, but wait for the time of God's favor and begin preaching when commanded, and preach to those to whom he is sent.

(Matt. 10:5-6): "These twelve Jesus sent and commanded them, saying, 'Go not into the way of the Gentiles, and do not enter into the city of the Samaritans; but go especially to the lost sheep of the house of Israel."

(Matt. 15:22-24): "And behold, the Canaanite woman came out of those places, and cried out to Him, 'Have mercy on me, O Lord, son of David, my daughter is cruelly possessed. But He did not answer her a word. And His disciples came and asked Him, "Let her go, for she is crying after us." And he answered and said, "I have been sent only to the lost sheep of the house of Israel."

(John 8:42): "I came from God, and have come; for I did not come of myself, but he sent me."

(Acts 11:19): "Meanwhile, those who were scattered from the persecution that took place after Stephen went as far as Phoenicia and Cyprus and Antioch, preaching the word to no one except the Jews."

(Romans 1:1): "Paul, a servant of Jesus Christ, a called Apostle, chosen to preach the gospel of God."

(Romans 10:14-15): "How can one hear without one who preaches? And how shall they preach unless they are sent?"

(1 Tim. 1:1): "Paul, an Apostle of Jesus Christ, according to the command of God our Saviour, and the Lord Jesus Christ our hope."

Chapter 4. He who is called to preach the Gospel must immediately obey, and not postpone this work.

(Luke 9:59-60): "And he said to another, 'Follow me.' He said: Lord! let me go first and bury my father. But Jesus said to him, "Let the dead bury their dead, and you go and preach the Kingdom of God."
