(Mark 2:10): "But that ye may know that the Son of Man hath power on earth to forgive sins," saith.

(Matt. 18:18-19): "Verily I say unto you, whatsoever ye bind on earth shall be bound in heaven; and whatsoever ye loose on earth shall be loosed in heaven. Verily I also say unto you, that if two of you agree on earth to ask for any thing, whatever they ask will be done unto them by My Father which is in heaven."

(John 5:28-29): "For the time is coming in which all who are in the tombs will hear the voice of the Son of God; and those who have done good will go out into the resurrection of life, and those who have done evil into the resurrection of condemnation."

(Romans 2:4-6): "Or do you despise the riches of God's goodness, meekness, and longsuffering, not understanding that the goodness of God leads you to repentance? But because of your stubbornness and impenitent heart, you store up for yourself wrath for the day of wrath and the revelation of righteous judgment from God, who will reward each one according to his deeds."

(Acts 17:30-31): "Therefore, leaving the times of ignorance, God now commands all people everywhere to repent, for He has appointed a day in which He will judge the world in righteousness."

Chapter 3. Those who repent must weep bitterly and other things that are characteristic of repentance, express from the heart.

(Matt. 26:75): "And Peter remembered the word which Jesus had spoken to him, 'Before the crows, thou shalt deny Me three times. And when he went out, he wept bitterly."

(2 Corinthians 7:6-7): "But God, who comforts the humble, comforted us by the arrival of Titus, and not only by his arrival, but also by the consolation with which he was comforted for you, telling us of your zeal, of your weeping, of your zeal for me." And soon afterwards (11): "For the very fact that you were grieved for God's sake, see what diligence has produced in you, what apologies, what indignation against the guilty, what fear, what desire, what jealousy, what chastisement! In all things you have shown yourselves to be clean in this matter."

(Acts 19:18-19): "And many of those who believed came, confessing and revealing their works. And of those who practiced sorcery, quite a few gathered up their books and burned them in front of everyone."

Chapter 4. For those who repent, it is not enough for salvation to turn away from sins, but they also need fruits worthy of repentance.

(Matt. 3:7-10): "And when John saw many Pharisees and Sadducees coming to him to be baptized, he said to them, 'Offspring of vipers! Who inspired you to flee from the wrath to come? Make therefore the worthy fruit of repentance, and do not think to say in yourselves, 'Our father is Abraham,' for I say to you, God is able to raise up children for Abraham out of these stones. Already the axe lies at the root of the trees: every tree that does not bear good fruit is cut down and thrown into the fire."
