for I am not alone, but I am also the Father who sent me.

And it is written in your law that the testimony of two men is true (Deuteronomy 19:15).

I bear witness to myself,

and the Father who sent me bears witness of me.

I will make you the light of the nations.

Then they said to Him, "Where is Thy Father?"

Jesus answered, "You know neither Me nor My Father;

if you had known me, you would have known my Father also.

These are the words Jesus spoke at the treasury...

and no man took him;

for His hour has not yet come.

Again Jesus said to them, I am departing;

and you will seek me,

and you will die in your sin.

Where I go, you cannot come.

Then the Jews said, "Will He kill Himself," which says, "Where I am going, you cannot come"?
