8 And the multitude of the people spread their garments by the way, and others cut branches from the trees, and spread them on the way;

9 And the people who preceded and accompanied cried out, Hosanna to the Son of David! blessed is He who comes in the name of the Lord! Hosanna in the highest!

10 And when he had entered into Jerusalem, the whole city was stirred, saying, 'Who is this?'

11 And the people said, 'This is Jesus, the prophet of Nazareth of Galilee.'

12 And Jesus went into the temple of God, and cast out all those who were selling and buying in the temple, and overturned the tables of the moneychangers, and the benches of those who were selling pigeons,

13 And he said to them, 'It is written, 'My house shall be called a house of prayer.' but you have made it a den of thieves.

14 And the blind and the lame came to him in the temple, and he healed them.

15 And when the chief priests and the scribes saw the wonders which he had done, and the children crying out in the temple, saying, Hosanna to the Son of David! — were indignant

16 And they said unto him, Hearest thou what they say? And Jesus saith unto them, Yes! Have you never read: Out of the mouth of babes and sucklings Thou hast arranged praise?

17 And having left them, he went out of the city to Bethany, and there he spent the night.

18 And in the morning, returning to the city, he hungered;

19 And when he saw a certain fig tree by the wayside, he came to it, and finding nothing on it but leaves, he said to her, 'Let there be no fruit from thee again for ever.' And the fig tree immediately withered.

20 And when the disciples saw this, they were amazed, and said, 'How is it that the fig tree withered immediately?'

21 And Jesus answered and said unto them, "Verily I say unto you, if ye have faith, and do not doubt, ye shall not only do what was done to the fig tree, but if ye also say to this mountain, Be lifted up, and be cast into the sea, it shall be done;
