22 You shall have one judgment, both for the stranger and for the native; for I am the Lord your God.

23 And Moses said to the children of Israel; And they brought him out of the camp, and stoned him, and the children of Israel did as the LORD had commanded Moses.

Chapter 25

1 And the LORD spake unto Moses on mount Sinai, saying,

2 Speak unto the children of Israel, and say unto them, When ye come to the land which I am giving you, then the land shall rest on the sabbath day of the Lord.

3 Six years shalt thou sow thy field, and six years thou shalt prune thy vineyard, and gather in their produce;

4 and in the seventh year shall be the Sabbath of rest of the land, the Sabbath of the Lord: thou shalt not sow thy fields, nor prune thy vineyard;

5 Whatever grows up of thy harvest, thou shalt not reap, neither shall thou take the grapes of thy unpruned vines; let it be a year of rest for the earth;

6 And it shall be during the sabbath of the earth for food unto all of you, to thee, and to thy servant, and to thy servant, and to thy hireling, and to thy sojourner that dwelleth with thee.

7 And to thy cattle, and to the beasts that are in thy land, all the produce thereof shall be for food.

8 And thou shalt count unto thee seven sabbath years, seven times seven years, that thou shalt have forty-nine years in the seven sabbath years;

9 And you shall blow the trumpet in the seventh month, on the tenth day of the month, in the day of atonement you shall blow the trumpet throughout all your land.

10 And ye shall sanctify the fiftieth year, and proclaim liberty in the land to all the inhabitants thereof: let it be a jubilee unto you; And ye shall return every man to his own possession, and every man shall return to his own tribe.

11 And the fiftieth year shall be your jubilee: ye shall not sow or reap that which groweth of thyself upon the earth, neither shall ye pluck the berries of the unpruned vines thereof;
