And thou shalt speak unto the children of Israel, and say unto them, When ye enter into the land of your habitation, which I am giving unto you,

And you shall offer an offering to the Lord, a burnt offering, or a sacrifice to be slaughtered, of oxen and sheep, in fulfillment of a vow, or according to diligence, or in your feasts, that you may make a sweet fragrance to the Lord,

then he that offereth his sacrifice unto the LORD shall offer of the bread-offering a tenth part of fine flour mingled with a quarter of a hin of oil.

And you shall offer the fourth part of the gin for the drink-offering, at the burnt offering, or at the sacrifice that is being slaughtered, for each lamb.

And when you offer a ram, you shall offer for a meal offering two tenths of an ephah of fine flour mingled with a third part of a gin of oil.

And you shall offer the third part of the gin for a drink-offering, for a pleasant fragrance to the Lord.

And if thou offer a young ox for a burnt offering, or for a sacrifice to be slaughtered, in fulfillment of a vow, or for a peace offering to the Lord,

And the meal-offering shall be brought with the ox, three tenths of an ephah of fine flour, mingled with half a hin of oil.

And thou shalt offer half a penny of wine for a drink offering, for a sweet fragrance unto the Lord.

Thus thou shalt do with every offering of ox, and ram, and lamb of sheep, or goats;

according to the number of the sacrifices that you offer, do so with each one, according to the number of them.

And every native shall thus do this, offering a sacrifice as a pleasant fragrance to the Lord;

And if a stranger dwells among you, or whosoever is among you throughout your generations, and offers a sacrifice of sweet aroma to the Lord, he also shall do as you do.

Unto you, O company [of the Lord], and unto the stranger that dwelleth among you, there is one statute, an everlasting statute throughout your generations: what ye are, let the stranger also be in the sight of the Lord.
