Thou shalt keep the sabbath day, that thou mayest keep it holy, as the LORD thy God hath commanded thee;

Six days shalt thou labor, and do all thy work,

And the seventh day is the Sabbath of the Lord thy God. Thou shalt not do any work, neither thou, nor thy son, nor thy daughter, nor thy manservant, nor thy manservant, nor thy ox, nor thy ass, nor any of thy cattle, nor thy stranger that is with thee, that thy servant and thy servant may rest, as thou hast also.

And remember that you were a servant in the land of Egypt, but the LORD your God brought you up from there with a mighty hand and a high arm: therefore the LORD your God commanded you to keep the Sabbath day.

You shall honor your father and your mother, as the LORD your God has commanded you, that your days may be long, and that it may be well for you in the land which the LORD your God is giving you.

Thou shalt not kill.

Thou shalt not commit adultery.

Thou shalt not steal.

Thou shalt not bear false witness against thy neighbor.

Thou shalt not covet thy neighbor's wife, nor thy neighbor's house, nor his field, nor his manservant, nor his manservant, nor his ox, nor his donkey, nor any of his cattle, nor all that thy neighbor has.

These words the LORD hath spoken to all your congregation on the mountain, out of the midst of fire, and cloud, and darkness, and spoke no more, and wrote them on two tablets of stone, and gave them unto me.

And when ye heard a voice out of the midst of darkness, and the mountain was ablaze with fire, ye came unto me, all the rulers of your tribes, and your elders,

And they said, Behold, the LORD our God hath shewed us his glory and his majesty, and we have heard his voice out of the midst of the fire; today we have seen that God speaks to a man, and this one remains alive;

E-25 But now, why should we die? for this great fire shall devour us; if we hear the voice of the LORD our God again, we shall die;
