and whoever trusts will not be left in trouble.

Sing therefore unto the Lord, He dwelleth in Zion;

To the nations of the earth, declare the works of God.

For the cry of the oppressed, who live humbly in the law,

for their blood and tears He will grind the evildoers to dust.

Have mercy, O God, do not abandon in sorrow and in resentment;

saving from death, save also from the torments of existence.

Look at the suffering of those who hate me,

in the gates of Zion I stand, calling upon Thee.

The wicked will fall into the pit that they have dug themselves,

their feet are woven in their woven nets.

Thus the righteousness of the Lord is known under the heavens:

the villains will get stuck in the snares they have set.

All the nations that have forgotten God will fall into hell,

but those who trust in Him will open their hearts,

they will be heard, and help will appear to the poor;

and the poor hope will not be completely lost.

Rise up against those who do not know God today,

From Thy summit Thou shalt execute judgment upon the nations:

let them know the fear of the righteous wrath of the Lord;

Let the nations know that they are only men.

Why, O God, in the days of sorrow of the unfortunate people,

Have you turned away from us, and are we far from Thee?

The haughty villain oppresses the poor everywhere;

When will he finally get caught in his snare?

Злодей похваляется тёмной души вожделеньем,

корыстью земной ублажает своё естество.

Он Бога хулит и смеётся, не зная сомненья:

"Не взыщет Господь, ибо попросту нету Его!"

Он делает зло, а суда для него не бывает,
