«...Иисус Наставник, помилуй нас!»

According to the Holy Gospel and the interpretations of the Holy Fathers (St. Irenaeus of Lyons, St. Andrew of Caesarea and others), the ground for the enthronement of the Antichrist is prepared by his forerunner and false prophet (Rev. 13:11-15). Even before the reign of the Antichrist, he introduced a universal trade and financial system, unprecedented in the history of mankind, described in the Revelation of the Apostle and Evangelist John the Theologian (Rev. 13:16-17), which had as its goal the abolition and withdrawal of cash from circulation, the all-encompassing control of commodity exchange and the complete subordination of each person to the usurper power. This is the purpose of the activity of the occult World Government, the collective forerunner of the world dictator: And he will cause all, small and great, rich and poor, free and slave, to have a mark on their right hand or on their foreheads, and that no one shall buy or sell except him who has this mark, or the name of the beast, or the number of his name. Here is wisdom. Whoever has understanding, let him count the number of the beast, for it is the number of man; his number is six hundred and sixty-six (Rev. 13:16-18).

Thus, the Word of God directly, clearly and definitely describes the properties and functions of the apocalyptic mark. Moreover, the mark, the name of the beast or the number of his name are synonyms of one and the same attribute – the digital anti-name, which the beast – the forerunner of the Antichrist – gives to a person in the form of a number.

One of the most ancient scholarly interpreters of the Revelation of the Apostle John the Theologian, St. Andrew, Archbishop of Caesarea, rightly noted: "A thorough examination of the number, as well as of everything else written about it, will reveal to the sober-minded and vigilant the time of temptation." 91

Here it remains to recall that in the Millennium Declaration, among the main Millennium Development Goals, "the creation of a single global trade and financial system" was singled out. In turn, the Okinawa "Charter..." proposes "in order to maximize the social and economic benefits of the information society, the following principles and approaches": "The development of electronic commerce, including cross-border commerce... Further development and effective functioning of electronic identification and electronic signature... »

Experts are well aware that electronic identification and electronic signature are absolutely necessary tools in the information society for the implementation of any political, public, social, trade and financial activities, and only those people who accept the "names of the beast" - digital personal identifiers - can participate in e-commerce transactions.

At present, a single global trade and financial system of electronic non-cash payments based on plastic cards has already been created and operates in almost all countries on a voluntary basis. It remains by hook or by crook to drive each person personally into this system - all mankind - from young to old - and to abolish cash. The technologies used in the entire system require mandatory electronic identification of its participants. The Garant legal information and reference system contains the following definition: "Personal Identification Number (PIN) is a number that is assigned to a specific owner of a credit or cash card and is used to identify him by electronic funds transfer terminals."92

It is absolutely openly stated here that the number is assigned to a person and is used specifically to identify him. Moreover, in this case, this person is incorrectly called the "owner", because according to the accepted international rules, the owner of the card is the issuing bank (that is, the bank that issued the card), and the person who received it on the bank's terms is defined as the "cardholder".

A message from the "Standardization" section posted on the official website of the Visa payment system also says a lot:

"The distribution and acceptance of Visa cards with a magnetic stripe around the world has become possible due to the implementation and compliance of the payment industry with a single global standard.

That is why Visa, together with Europay and Master Card, has developed the EMV industry standard (Europay, Master Card, Visa) for payment chip cards with credit and debit applications. The use of the EMV standard means that chip cards will be accepted in retail and service networks and ATMs around the world and will continue to be as widespread as magnetic stripe cards.

Visa also initiated the creation of a single industry standard for supporting multiple applications on a single card with dynamic changes in the parameters and number of applications hosted. This standard was originally called the Open Platform. As more manufacturers and other payment systems, including American Express, JCB, and Master Card International, joined the multi-purpose card standard, Visa's initiative grew into an international association called the Global Platform."93

Thus, international payment systems are united into a single global super system that practically covers all banks, trade and service enterprises and ATMs throughout the world. In Russia, people are still attracted to this "global supermarket" in two ways - voluntarily and forcibly (by transferring wages to a debit card) and by all sorts of persuasion.

This is confirmed by reports published in many media and posted on Internet portals, colorfully describing the benefits that a person brings to entering the entire community of participants in the global system of electronic non-cash payments. By hook or by crook, this system sucks in frivolous people who do not suspect what consequences its final implementation can lead to. Mythical discounts, unrighteous interest, "security", "free services" and other pleasures of this world are offered to a person in exchange for freedom. This will be discussed in more detail below. In the meantime, articles with titles like "Why a credit card is better than cash", "Get discounts on a credit card" and "An electronic wallet is more convenient than cash" flood newspapers, magazines and the Internet. By the way, in the last article there is a section "Traveling abroad... It specifically states:

"A card obtained from a Russian bank and opened in rubles can be used anywhere in the world where bank cards are serviced;
