«A кoгдa вы вcтpeтитe тex, кoтopыe нe yвepoвaли, тo - yдap мeчoм пo шee; a кoгдa пpoизвeдeтe вeликoe избиeниe иx, тo yкpeпляйтe yзы. Либo милocть пoтoм, либo выкyп, пoкa вoйнa нe cлoжит cвoиx нoш. Taк! A y тex, кoтopыe yбиты нa пyти Aллaxa, - никoгдa Oн нe coбьeт c пyти иx дeяний: Он поведет их и сохранит в порядке их состояние и введет их в рай, который Он дал им узнать» (Сура 47, 4-7).

Цель этой войны глобальна. В ней могут быть перемирия. Но конец ее может быть только одним: “Убивайте неверных до тех пор, пока не будет никакого искушения [то есть возможности отпадения неверных], покуда будет одно только это верослужение (или закон - ад-дин) Богу» (Сура 8. Добыча, 40). «Искушение» - это возможное сопротивление неверных законам ислама, возможная проповедь инаковерия среди мусульман... И тут нет противоречия между «войной до победного коргпац» и принципам «в деле религии нет принуждения». Ведь джихад ведется не ради того, чтобы обратить неприятелей в мусульман. Он ведется ради того, чтобы подчинить их законам ислама. А эти законы гласят, что «люди Писания» (зиммии: христиане и иудеи) могут спокойно следовать своим традициям в мусульманском государстве. Но при определенных ограничениях (запрет на миссионерство среди мусульман, запрет на службу в армии) и при условии уплаты особого налога.

Эта война в идеале подразумевает отсутствие пленных: “Ни одному пророку не предоставлялось брать пленных, покуда не производилось поголовного избиения на земле” (8,68).

Присмотримся к тому кораническому тексту, который нередко называют «завещанием Магомета» - 9-я сура.

«Обрадуй же тех, которые не уверовали, мучительным наказанием, кроме тех многобожников, с которыми вы заключили союз, а потом они ни в чем пред вами его не нарушали и никому не помогали против вас! Завершите же договор до их срока: ведь Аллах любит богобоязненных! А когда кончатся месяцы запретные, то избивайте многобожников, где их найдете, захватывайте их, осаждайте, устраивайте засаду против них во всяком скрытом месте! Если они обратились и выполняли молитву и давали очищение, то освободите им дорогу: ведь Аллах - прощающий, милосердный! (9,3-5).

Вроде бы текст вполне мирный: избивать разрешается лишь предателей. Но причина-то той войны была в том, что Магомет начал навязывать арабским племенам свои порядки! Если под давлением силы некое племя заключило союз с Магометом и его группой, а затем решило вернуться к самостоятельной политике – тут их надо «радовать мучительным наказанием». Ну, а поскольку в политике постоянно пересматриваются былые обещания и договоренности (вспомним слова одного из британских премьеров: «у Англии нет постоянных союзников или постоянных врагов; у Англии есть постоянные интересы»), то …

Вот что может стать поводом для «радости джихада»: «А если они нарушили свои клятвы после договора и поносили вашу религию, то сражайтесь с имамами неверия, - ведь нет клятв для них, - может быть, они удержатся!» (9,12), То есть меч считается нормальным ответом не на меч, а просто на критику!

Let's read the "testament of Mohammed" further. The talk about the rebellious infidels is long gone. Many poems are not mentioned about them anymore. And, therefore, we are talking simply about "infidels". "O you who believe! For polytheists are unclean. May they not approach the holy mosque after this year! Fight against those who do not believe in Allah and the Last Day, who do not forbid what Allah and His Messenger have forbidden, and who do not obey the religion of truth, until they pay their own money and are humiliated" (9:28-29).

It is worth considering that not only pagans are considered "polytheists" in the Koran: "And the Jews said: 'Uzair is the son of Allah.' And the Christians said, "The Messiah is the son of Allah." These words in their mouths are like the words of those who did not believe before. May Allah smite them! How disgusted they are! They took their scribes and monks for their masters, besides Allah, and the Messiah, the son of Mary. And they were commanded to worship only one God, besides whom there is no deity. Praise be to Him, He is higher than what they give Him as partners! They want to extinguish the light of Allah with their lips, but Allah does not allow anything else but to complete His light, even though the polytheists hate it" (9:30-32). This means that the norms concerning the treatment of polytheists apply to both Christians and Jews.

So the effort is not needed to look for reasons in the Qur'an for wanting to fight. Considerable interpretive effort must be made in order to draw the opposite, peaceful conclusion from the reading of the Qur'an. And this effort is clearly lacking in the world of Islam today.

Instead, there are routine excuses. Speaking at a round table meeting in the State Duma devoted to the improvement of anti-terrorist legislation, Muhammad Biji-ulu, deputy chairman of the Spiritual Administration of Muslims of the European part of Russia, accused journalists of "ignorantly" imposing on society the opinion that terrorists speak on behalf of Islam. "There can be no religious terrorism, because no one calls Chikatilo an Orthodox ogre."[17] Yes, if Muslims are led by people with such an intellectual and moral level, then you can only express your sympathy for them... Did Chikatilo, when killing people, exclaim "Christ is Risen"? Did any Christian theologians express their encouragement of his crimes? Did he himself justify his actions with quotations from the Bible? No. Do not confuse crime and terror. Do not confuse war and terror. If the leaders of Islam do not even see the problem of Islamic terrorism, if they do not want to recognize even such a term, then they will certainly not be able to solve the problem whose existence they deny.

And one should not believe the usual explanation (for some reason the host of "Echo of Moscow" Andrei Cherkizov loves it very much) that, they say, Islam is active and aggressive because it is young. Like, teenage pranks. Islam is only 1400 years old. Christianity at a similar age, they say, was also not good.

This is only a semblance of culturology.

Firstly, such a thesis is humiliating for the Muslims themselves, because it declares them "backward". Here, they say, let's endure, they will develop to our level of civilization and become "also tolerant."
