43 And the Lord said to Moses and Aaron, 'This is the statute of the Passover: no foreigner shall eat of it;

44 And every servant who is bought with silver, when you have circumcised it, may eat it.

45 A sojourner and a hireling shall not eat it.

46 In a certain house it shall be eaten, [you shall not leave it until morning,] you shall not take the flesh out of the house, and you shall not break its bones.

47 The whole congregation of Israel is to do it.

48 And if a stranger dwelleth with thee, and desires to keep the Passover unto the Lord, thou shalt circumcise all the males from him, and then he shall come to celebrate it, and be as a natural inhabitant of the earth. and no uncircumcised man shall eat it;

49 And there shall be one law both for the native and for the stranger who dwelleth among you.

50 And all the children of Israel did: as the Lord commanded Moses and Aaron, so they did.

51 On this very day the Lord brought the children of Israel out of the land of Egypt according to their hosts.

Chapter 13

1 And the LORD spake unto Moses, saying,

2 Sanctify unto me every firstborn that opens every couch among the children of Israel, from man to beast, for they are mine.

3 And Moses said to the people, 'Remember this day in which you came out of Egypt, out of the house of bondage: for the Lord brought you out of here with a mighty hand, and ye shall not eat leavened.

4 Today you go out, in the month of Aviv. [8]

5 And when the Lord [your God] shall bring thee into the land of the Canaanites, and of the Hittites, and of the Amorites, and of the Hivites, and of the Jebusites, which he swore to thy fathers, that he would give thee a land flowing with milk and honey, thou shalt do this service in this month.

6 Seven days ye shall eat unleavened bread, and on the seventh day shall be the feast of the Lord.

7 Unleavened bread shall be eaten seven days, and you shall not have leavened bread, neither shall you have leavened bread in all your borders.

8 And thou shalt declare that day unto thy son, saying, This is for the sake of what the Lord [God] did to me when I came out of Egypt.

9 And let it be a sign unto thee in thy hand, and a memorial in thy eyes, that the law of the LORD may be in thy mouth, for the Lord brought thee out of Egypt with a mighty hand.

10 And thou shalt fulfill this statute at the appointed time, from year to year.

11 And when the LORD [your God] shall bring thee into the land of Canaan, as he swore to thee and to thy fathers, and shall give it unto thee,
