Bible. Books of the Holy Scriptures of the Old and New Testaments

24 Whosoever therefore heareth these words of mine, and doeth them, I will liken him unto a wise man, who built his house upon a rock;

25 And the rain fell, and the rivers overflowed, and the winds blew, and rushed against that house, and it did not fall, because it was founded on a rock.

26 But whosoever heareth these words of mine, and doeth not them, shall be like a foolish man, who built his house upon the sand;

27 And the rain fell, and the rivers overflowed, and the winds blew, and fell upon that house; and he fell, and his fall was great.

9 For I am also a subject man, but having soldiers under me, I say unto one, Go, and he goeth; and to another, Come, and come; And to my servant, Do this, and he does.

10 And when Jesus heard this, he was amazed, and said to those who followed him, 'Verily I say unto you, and in Israel I have not found such faith.'

11 But I say unto you, that many shall come from the east and the west, and shall sit down with Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob in the kingdom of heaven;

12 but the children of the kingdom shall be cast out into outer darkness: there shall be weeping and gnashing of teeth.

13 And Jesus said to the centurion, 'Go, and as you have believed, let it be done to you.' And his servant recovered in that hour.

14 And when Jesus came to the house of Peter, he saw his mother-in-law lying in a fever,
