Bible. Books of the Holy Scriptures of the Old and New Testaments

And ye shall sanctify the fiftieth year, and proclaim liberty in the land to all the inhabitants thereof: let it be a jubilee unto you; And ye shall return every man to his own possession, and every man shall return to his own tribe.

And the fiftieth year shall be your jubilee: ye shall not sow or reap that which groweth of thyself upon the earth, neither shall ye pluck the berries of the unpruned vines thereof;

For this is a jubilee: let it be holy unto you; from the field you shall eat of its products.

In the year of jubilee, ye shall return every man to his possession.

If you sell anything to your neighbor, or buy anything from your neighbor, do not hurt one another;

according to the reckoning of the years after the jubilee thou shalt buy of thy neighbor, and according to the reckoning of the years of earnings, he shall sell unto thee.

If there are many years left, multiply the price; and if there are few years left, reduce the price, for a certain number of years of harvest he sells to you.

Do not offend one another; fear your God, for I am the Lord your God.

Do my statutes, and keep my laws, and do them, and you will live in peace on the earth.

And the earth shall bear its fruit, and ye shall eat to thy heart's content, and ye shall dwell in peace therein.

If you say, 'What then shall we eat in the seventh year, when we shall neither sow nor gather in our produce?'

I will send my blessing upon you in the sixth year, and it will bring forth works for three years;

And ye shall sow in the eighth year, but ye shall eat the old produce until the ninth year; until his works are ripe, you will eat the old things.

The land shall not be sold forever, for the land is mine: you are strangers and sojourners with me;
