25 тогда Моисей повелел левитам, носящим ковчег завета Господня, сказав:

26 возьмите сию книгу закона и положите ее одесную ковчега завета Господа Бога вашего, и она там будет свидетельством против тебя;

27 ибо я знаю упорство твое и жестоковыйность твою: вот и теперь, когда я живу с вами ныне, вы упорны пред Господом; не тем ли более по смерти моей?

28 соберите ко мне всех старейшин колен ваших [и судей ваших] и надзирателей ваших, и я скажу вслух их слова сии и призову во свидетельство на них небо и землю;

29 ибо я знаю, что по смерти моей вы развратитесь и уклонитесь от пути, который я завещал вам, и в последствие времени постигнут вас бедствия за то, что вы будете делать зло пред очами Господа [Бога], раздражая Его делами рук своих.

30 И изрек Моисей вслух всего собрания Израильтян слова песни сей до конца:

Глава 32

1 Hearken, O heaven, I will speak; And hear, O earth, the words of my mouth.

2 My teaching shall pour down like rain, like the dew of my speech, like a fine rain on the greenery, like a rainstorm on the grass.

3 I glorify the name of the Lord; give glory to our God.

4 He is a stronghold; His works are perfect, and all His ways are righteous; God is faithful, and there is no unrighteousness [in Him]; He is righteous and true;

5 but they are depraved before him, they are not his children because of their vices, but a rebellious and perverse generation.

6 Do you repay this to the Lord, you foolish and foolish people? Is not He your Father, Who assimilated you, created you, and made you?

7 Remember the days of old, think of the years of former generations; Ask your father, and he will tell you your elders, and they will tell you.

8 And when the Most High gave inheritance to the nations, and scattered the children of men, then he set the boundaries of the nations according to the number of the children of Israel; [20]

9 For His people are a part of the Lord, Jacob is His inheritance.

10 And he found him in the wilderness, in the wilderness, in the wilderness, and guarded him, and watched over him, and kept him as the apple of his eye;

11 As an eagle calls up his nest, and soars over his young, and spreadeth out his wings, and taketh them up, and weareth them upon his feathers,

12 so the Lord alone led him, and there was no strange god with him.

13 And he lifted him up to the height of the earth, and fed him with the produce of the fields, and nourished him with honey from the stone, and oil from the solid rock,

14 With the oil of the cow, and with the milk of the sheep, and with the fat of the lambs, and the rams of Bashan, and of the goats, and with fat wheat, and thou hast drunk wine, the blood of the grapes.
