Troparion, tone 2:
Joy of all those who sorrow and the intercessor who are offended, and the nourisher who hunger, the strange consolation, the refuge of the afflicted, the visitation of the sick, the protection and intercessor of the infirm, the rod of old age, O Mother of the Most High God, Thou art the Most-Pure One: Seek, we pray, to be saved by Thy servant.
Kontakion, tone 6:
There are no other imams for help, no other hopes, except for You, O Lady. Help us, in Thee we hope and glory in Thee, for we are Thy servants, let us not be ashamed.
Prayer:
O Most Holy Lady Theotokos, Most-Blessed Mother of Christ our Saviour, Joy of all who sorrow, visitation of the sick, protection and intercessor of the infirm, protectress of widows and orphans, all-reliable comforter of mothers of sorrow, strength of infirm infants, and always ready help and faithful refuge for all the helpless! To Thee, O All-Merciful One, Thou hast been granted grace from the Most High to intercede for all and deliver them from sorrow and sickness, for Thou hast Thyself endured fierce sorrows and sicknesses, beholding the voluntary suffering of Thy beloved Son, and Him crucified on the cross, beholding Thy heart, when Thy heart was foretold by Simeon. Wherefore, O Mother, O loving Mother, heed the voice of our supplication, console us in the sorrows of those who are, as the Mediator faithful to joy: standing before the throne of the Most Holy Trinity, at the right hand of Thy Son, Christ our God, Thou canst, if Thou willest, ask for all that is useful to us. For this reason, with heartfelt faith and love from our hearts, we fall down before Thee as the Queen and Lady, and we dare to cry out to Thee in psalms: O Daughter, and hear, and see, and incline Thy ear, hear our supplication, and deliver us from the present troubles and sorrows; For Thou hast fulfilled the petitions of all the faithful, as joy in sorrow, and hast given peace and consolation to their souls.
Amen.

O Most Holy Lady Lady Mother of God! Thou art the Most Honorable of all angels and archangels, and of all creatures: Thou art the helper of the oppressed, the hope of the hopeless, the intercessor of the poor, the consolation of the sorrowful, the nurse of the hungry, the garment of the naked, the healing of the sick, the salvation of sinners, the help and intercession of all Christians.
O All-Merciful Lady, Virgin Mother of God, Lady! By Thy mercy save and have mercy on our Orthodox people, our Great Lord and Father, His Holiness Patriarch Kirill, Your Eminence Metropolitans, Archbishops and Bishops, and all the priestly and monastic ranks, authorities and armies, and all Orthodox Christians with Thy honorable robe; and beseech Thee, O Lady, Christ our God, Who was incarnate without seed, that He may bind us with His power from above against our invisible and visible enemies.
O All-Merciful Lady Mother of God! Raise us up from the depths of sin, and deliver us from famine, destruction, from cowardice and flood, from fire and sword, from the presence of foreigners and internecine strife, and from vain death, and from the attacks of the enemy, and from pernicious winds, and from deadly plagues, and from all evil. Grant, O Lady, peace and health to Thy servant, all Orthodox Christians, and enlighten their minds and heartfelt eyes unto salvation, and vouchsafe us, Thy sinful servants, the Kingdom of Thy Son, Christ our God, for His dominion is blessed and most glorified, with His Father, Who has no beginning, and with His Most-Holy, Good, and Life-giving Spirit, now and ever, and unto the ages of ages.
