«...Иисус Наставник, помилуй нас!»

For every day. Glory: "With the saints, O Christ, give rest to the souls of Thy servants, where there are neither sicknesses, nor sorrows, nor spiritual sufferings, but life without end." And now: (except Saturday) "Reliable protection of Christians, unfailing intercessor before the Creator, do not despise the prayerful voice of sinners, but hasten, O Merciful One, to help us, who call upon Thee in faith: hasten to intercession and hasten to prayer, O Mother of God, who always protects those who worship Thee." On Saturday to the Martyrs, ch. 8. And now: "To Thee, O Lord, Planter of creation, the universe beareth God-bearing martyrs, as the first ripe fruits. Through their prayers and the intercession of the Mother of God, preserve, O Most Merciful One, Thy Church and Thy people in deep peace."

On the Forty Days: "Lord, have mercy" (40 times). Glory to the In. "More honorable than the cherubim...". Name

Bless the Lord; Father." Priest: "God, have mercy on us..." The prayer of St. Ephraim the Syrian with 16 prostrations and vespers with the following end: "Virgin Mother of God, rejoice, Blessed Mary, the Lord is with Thee. Blessed art Thou among women, and blessed is the Fruit of Thy womb, for Thou hast given birth to the Saviour of our souls." Glory: "Baptist of Christ, remember us all, that we may be delivered from our iniquities, for you have been granted the grace to pray for us." And now: "Pray for us, holy Apostles and all the Saints, that we may be delivered from troubles and sorrows, for in you we have gained zealous intercessors before the Saviour." "We turn to Thy mercy, O Mother of God, do not despise our prayer in danger, but deliver us from falls, O Only Pure One, Only Blessed." "Lord, have mercy" (40 times). Glory even now: "More honorable than the cherubim..." "In the name of the Lord, bless, father." Priest: "Blessed is the ever-living Christ our God always, now and without ceasing, and unto the ages of ages." "Heavenly King, strengthen Orthodox Christians, strengthen the faith, tame the peoples, pacify the world, preserve this holy temple unshakably; Thou hast dwelt our fathers and brethren who have departed before in the dwellings of the righteous, and receive us in repentance and confession, as the Good and Lover of mankind."

The prayer of St. Ephraim the Syrian with 16 bows. "Holy God...", according to the "Our Father...". Lord, have mercy" (12 times).

Prayer: "O All-Holy Trinity, One-in-Essence Realm, Indivisible Kingdom, Author of all good things, please me, a sinner, strengthen and enlighten my heart, cleanse me from all defilement, enlighten my thoughts, so that I may constantly praise, sing, worship and exclaim: One is holy, One Lord Jesus Christ, to the glory of God the Father. Amen."

"Blessed be the name of the Lord from henceforth and forevermore" (three times). In Lent, there are three bows. Glory even now. Psalm 33: "I will bless the Lord at all times, His praise is unceasingly in my mouth. My soul shall glory in the Lord; the meek will hear and rejoice. Magnify the Lord with me, and let us exalt His name together. I sought the Lord, and he heard me, and delivered me from all my dangers. Those who have turned their eyes to Him have been enlightened, and their countenance will not be ashamed. This beggar cried out, and the Lord heard him, and saved him from all his troubles. The angel of the Lord encamps around those who fear Him and delivers them. Taste and see how good the Lord is. Blessed is the man who trusts in Pego. Fear the Lord, all ye of His saints: for there is no poverty among them that fear Him. The rich are poor and hungry, but those who seek the Lord are not in need of any good. Come, little children, listen to me: I will teach you the fear of the Lord. Does a person want to live and love longevity in order to see the good? Restrain your tongue from evil, and your mouth from deceitful words. Turn away from evil and do good; seek peace and follow it. The eyes of the Lord are fixed on the righteous, and His ears are on their cry. But the face of the Lord is against those who do evil, to destroy from the earth the remembrance of them. The righteous cry out, and the Lord hears them, and delivers them from all their sorrows. The Lord is near to the brokenhearted, and He will save the humble in spirit. The righteous have many sorrows, and the Lord will deliver him from all of them. He snores all his bones; none of them will be crushed. Evil will kill the sinner, and those who hate the righteous will perish. The Lord will deliver the souls of His servants, and no one who trusts in Him will perish."

If Vespers is combined with the pictorial ones, then Psalm 144: "I will exalt Thee, O my God, my King, and bless Thy name for ever and ever. I will bless you all the day and praise your name forever and ever. The Lord is great and praiseworthy, and His greatness is unsearchable. Generation after generation shall praise Thy works, and proclaim Thy might. But I will meditate on the high glory of Thy majesty and on Thy wondrous works. They will speak of the power of Thy terrible works, and I will proclaim Thy greatness. They will proclaim the memory of Thy great goodness and sing of Thy righteousness. The Lord is generous and merciful, long-suffering and abundant in mercy. The Lord is good to all, and His mercies are in all His works. May all Thy works praise Thee, O Lord, and may all Thy saints bless Thee. Let them proclaim the glory of Thy kingdom, and let them tell of Thy might, that they may make known to the sons of men of Thy might, and of the glorious majesty of Thy kingdom. Thy kingdom is the kingdom of all ages, and Thy dominion unto all generations. The Lord is faithful in all His words and holy in all His works. The Lord sustains all those who fall, and raises up all those who are cast down. The eyes of all are fixed on Thee, and Thou givest them their food in due season; you open your hand and satisfy all living things according to your good pleasure. The Lord is righteous in all His ways, and good in all His works. The Lord is near to all who call upon Him, to all who call upon Him in truth. He fulfills the desire of those who fear Him, hears their cry and saves them. The Lord preserves all those who love Him, but He will destroy all the wicked. My lips shall utter the praise of the Lord, and may all flesh bless His holy name for ever and ever."

"It is worthy to bless Thee..." (p. 40). Glory even now. "Lord, have mercy" (three times). "Bless." Vacation. At the discretion of the rector, you can pray the Holy Scriptures. St. Basil the Great: "Blessed art Thou, O Lord..." (see page 45).

XIII. Prayer Rule before Holy Communion of the Divine Mysteries of Christ.

It is composed of the troparia of the following canons: 1. To the Most Holy Trinity from the Sunday Midnight Office, ch.6; 2. To the Saviour before the Holy Spirit. Communion; 3. To the Most Holy Theotokos from Compline, ch. 8; 4 To the Guardian Angel (Mon. John Mavropad, ch. 8).

The usual beginning is "Come, let us worship...". Psalm 22: "The Lord is my Shepherd, I will need nothing: He rests me in pastures of grass, and leads me to still waters, strengthens my soul, directs me to the paths of righteousness for His name's sake. If I walk through the valley of mortal darkness, I will fear no evil, for Thou art with me; Your rod and Your staff, they comfort me. Thou hast prepared a table before me in the sight of my enemies, Thou hast anointed my head with oil; My cup is full. Thus, may Thy goodness and mercy accompany me all the days of my life, and I will abide in the house of the Lord many days."

Psalm 23: "The earth is the Lord's, and what fills it, the universe and all that dwells in it; for he founded it on the seas, and established it on the rivers. Who will ascend the mountain of the Lord, or who will stand in His holy place? He whose hands are innocent and whose heart is pure; whoever has not sworn by his soul in vain, and has not falsely worshipped his neighbor, will receive blessing from the Lord and mercy from God His Savior. Such is the kind of seekers. Him, who seek Thy face, O God of Jacob. Lift up your heads, O gates, and be lifted up, O everlasting doors, and the King of glory shall enter. Who is this King of glory? The Lord is mighty and mighty, the Lord mighty in battle. Lift up your heads, O gates, and be lifted up, O everlasting doors, and the King of glory shall enter. Who is this King of glory? The Lord of hosts, He is the King of glory."
