From the above scene, it is clear that psychotronic weapons are not necessarily some mysterious radiations that invisibly destroy the human brain. Twenty minutes of brazen pressure was enough to cause, albeit temporary, but mass psychosis. And the question of temporality is controversial. Can possession pass without leaving a trace for the human soul? After all, the next time, one wave of the hand (or the word "drive") will be enough for someone to recall the entire chain of stimuli that lead to an insane rampage...

The personality of a teenager participating in such extras - whether on television, at a stadium, at a rock concert or at a disco - begins to be distorted. Almost all parents pay attention to the fact that the child becomes highly irritable, aggressive, does not tolerate remarks, turns on with a half-turn. A kind of incomprehensible thirst for destruction appears in him, sympathy disappears, conscience falls silent, the heart seems to go dead, it is impossible to get through. But such crushing aggression combined with mental stupidity is one of the main characteristics of heboid or nuclear (affecting the very core of the personality) schizophrenia! And so heboid schizophrenics are offered to our children as role models. The heroes of computer games, with whom the child identifies himself, do nothing but break through walls, set fire to houses, blow up cities and kill everyone indiscriminately. Heboid schizophrenics are also stuffed with modern movies.

You will object that they are negative characters there, on the screen. And this objection is true. In normal reality, viewers usually empathize with positive characters and do not accept villains. But in psychogenic reality, everything is different. Now, when the creators of the "new global world" are doing everything to change the poles of good and evil, to elevate evil to the rank of the norm, and then to the rank of virtue (respectively, reducing virtue to the level of curiosity, and then to the level of vice), children intuitively feel this change of signs and want to imitate evil, as they want to imitate champions.

At our psychological reception, preschoolers who like negative characters appear more and more often: Barmaley, Karabas - Barabas, Baba - Yaga, Koschei the Immortal. To feel what a serious personality distortion this is, try to remember yourself at this age and your reaction to fairy-tale villains. Remember how you shuddered with indignation and horror when the villains committed their evil deeds, how you wanted to help Ivan Tsarevich, Pinocchio, Tanechka and Vanechka, tied to a tree. And when they grew up a little, what problems arose when playing war, because no one wanted to be a "fascist". And these roles were usually agreed to by outcast children, for whom it was important to be accepted into the game on any terms.

And how difficult it was for the teacher of the theater group to find a candidate for the role of a negative character! What grievances often arose in the person who received such a "special offer"! As a matter of fact, we also have personal experience in handing out such roles. Staging a play based on the fairy tale "The Gray Neck" by D.N. Mamin and Sibiryak in our psychological classes, we used to regularly encounter the reluctance of children to play the villain Fox. I had to be cunning, invent arguments like: "You are such a talented actor, show your class!" or: "Only a very great actress, being a good person, is able to portray a villain." But recently, the picture has changed fundamentally. Now we do not have time to read the play aloud to the end, as several children shout at once: "Can I be a fox? Give me the Fox! No, me!"

And in the overwhelming majority of cases, these are children from cultured families, where parents are quite much engaged in their upbringing. And the children do not have serious pathologies, and sadistic predilections are like those of clinical patients.

Other examples of madness are shown to us by TV commercials, where healthy men lick their lips savorily, sigh voluptuously, drool and roll their eyes in ecstasy, almost fainting when they try yogurt, ice cream, pizza. Such an exaggerated sensual attitude to food, unusual for age, is characteristic of the mentally ill, classified as "schizoid infantiles." This little child is so dependent on delicious food that for him the refusal to buy a chocolate bar is a tragedy, and receiving it is a source of delight. A normal adult, even one who loves to eat, does not get naughty just at the thought of "delicious". One of the examples that they like to give at lectures on psychiatry is when a schizoid infantile is ready to give up all important things and wander around the city in search of early strawberries, and then stand in line for them until exhaustion (the example, as you might guess, is taken from the Soviet period). How many people will understand it today? We do not mean queues, but pathology of behavior. "What's wrong? A man just loves strawberries," the philistine will object, already damaged by the daily sight of feeble-minded people who shamelessly greedily suck on their fingers smeared with ketchup. "How wicked you are, however, and find fault with everything! In the end, it's up to him what to spend his own time on!"

But the value orientation of an infantile only seems so harmless. Especially when you remember the current political situation: NATO bases on the territory of the former USSR, the excesses of America, which behaves like a giant unbridled heboid; the inclusion of Russia in the "axis of world evil", Japan's claims to the Kuril Islands, Germany's claims to the Kaliningrad region, the purchase of domestic enterprises and land by foreigners. This is the background against which grown-up, combat-ready men are taught to enjoy, throwing these "nonsense" out of their heads – they say, nothing depends on us anyway – Klin beer and pastries of the Yum-Yum company (a name that invites not only to fall into childhood, but to identify with a baby who has not yet come out of the period of babbling speech).

And the actors who make ridiculous faces, depicting food delight, simultaneously with advertising yogurt, advertise a pathological image of a person. "According to the theory of social learning, both children and adults acquire certain attitudes, master emotional reactions and new types of behavior of film and television characters (Bandura, 1973; Liebert, Neale & Davidson). In view of the highest efficiency and wide spread of television modeling, the mass media play an extremely important role in the formation of human behavior and social relations," writes N.E. Markova, who studied this issue, in her book "Technology of Destruction" (Moscow, 2002).

Of course, the soil has been plowed for a long time.

After all, they did not even pray at home for those captured and killed by the godless authorities, but went to cinemas set up in desecrated churches, had fun in parks laid out on the sites of former cemeteries, thanked the Soviet government for giving them the opportunity to relax in the resorts of the Crimea and the Caucasus. Then, however, entertainment was not as primitive as it is now, and a lot of space in people's lives was occupied by high motivation: building a bright future, creating advanced science, developing virgin lands, conquering space. At the very next turn of history, moral corruption grew into mental corruption.

Standards, aka symptoms

It is impossible not to mention the purposeful splitting of mass consciousness. Both television and newspaper journalism have a special term: "cutting". This is so that there is a little bit of everything, and all in one pile. At the same time, the editors declare with aplomb that people have allegedly forgotten how to perceive more or less voluminous and serious materials. I remember that at the dawn of perestroika, director A. Mikhalkov-Konchalovsky, enriched by his experience in Hollywood, spoke about the peculiarities of the demanding American public.

"The attention of the viewer there," he explained, "is very narrow, as if they were looking through a spyglass. And a very short-term one – they are not able to fix it on one thing for more than a minute. That's why there are such highly professional films in the States: no lengths, only "action".
