And she told him the same words, saying, 'The Hebrew servant, whom you have brought to us, has come to me to mock me,

But when I had lifted up a cry and cried out, he left his garment with me, and fled away.

And when his lord heard the words of his wife, which she had spoken to him, saying, 'This is what your servant has done to me,' he was filled with wrath;

And his lord took Joseph, and gave him up to the prison, where the king's prisoners are shut up. And he was there in prison.

And the Lord was with Joseph, and extended mercy to him, and granted him favor in the sight of the captain of the prison.

And the captain of the prison delivered into the hands of Joseph all the prisoners who were in prison, and in all that they did there he was the steward.

The captain of the prison did not look at anything that was in his hands, because the Lord was with Joseph, and in all that he did, the Lord gave success.
