Bible. Books of the Holy Scriptures of the Old and New Testaments

And Judah said unto Israel his father, Let the lad go with me, and we shall arise and go, and we shall live, and we, and thou, and our children, shall not die;

I answer for him, out of my hands thou shalt demand him; If I do not bring him to you and set him before you, I will remain guilty before you all the days of my life;

If we had not delayed, we would have gone down twice.

And Israel their father said unto them, 'If so, then this is what ye shall do: Take with you some of the fruit of this land, and bring to that man a gift of some balm, and some honey, and styrax, and frankincense, and pistachios, and almonds;

And these men were afraid, that they had brought them into the house of Joseph, and said, 'This is for the money which was brought back before into our sacks, that they have brought us in, to find fault with us, and to attack us, and to take us as slaves, and our asses.'

And they came to the ruler of Joseph's house, and spoke to him at the door of the house,

And they said, 'Hear, our lord, we have come before to buy food,

And it came to pass that when we came to our lodging for the night, and opened our sacks, behold, the money of every man was in the opening of his bag, our money according to his weight, and we brought him back with our hands.
