[281] And say to them, 'This is what the Lord says: Do they not get up when they fall, and turn away from the way, and return?

[282] Whoever curses his father or his mother must be put to death.

[283] Fear every man your mother and your father, and keep my sabbath. I am the Lord your God.

[284] For God has commanded: honor your father and mother; And he who curses his father or mother, let him die.

[285] The eye that mocks the father and disdains obedience to the mother will be pecked out by the ravens of the valley, and the eagle chicks will be devoured!

[286] For this you are cursed! you will be slaves without end, chopping wood and drawing water for the house of my God.

[287] All the people who were left of the Amorites, the Hittites, the Perizzites, the Hivites, the Jebusites, and the Gergashites, who were not of the children of Israel, and their 21 children who were left after them in the land, whom the children of Israel could not destroy, Solomon made tithe-laborers to this day.

[288] Remember, then, that you who were once Gentiles according to the flesh, who were called uncircumcised, the so-called circumcised by the circumcision of the flesh by the hands, that you were at that time without Christ, alienated from the congregation of Israel, alien to the covenants of promise, had no hope, and were ungodly in the world. And now in Christ Jesus, you who were once far off have become close by the blood of Christ.

[289] Moving from the east, they found a plain in the land of Shinar and settled there.

[290] Son of man! Turn thy face to Gog in the land of Magog, the prince of Rosh, Meshech, and Tubal, and prophesy against him.

[292] When the thousand years are over, Satan will be released from his prison and will go out to deceive the nations that are at the four corners of the earth, Gog and Magog, and to gather them together for battle; their number is like the sand of the sea...

[293] And I will put a sign upon them, and I will send from those who were saved from them to the nations, to Tarshish, to Pul and Lud, to those who draw their bows, to Tubal and Yavan, to the distant islands, which have not heard of me, nor seen my glory: and they shall proclaim my glory to the nations

[294] Javan, Tubal, and Meshech traded with you, exchanging your goods for human souls and brass vessels.
